Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated September 2, 2026 · The New Standard 10, Inc. (d/b/a TNS10)

This policy sets out what you may and may not do on the TNS10 platform and when promoting our offers. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Members are additionally bound by the Restricted Practices exhibit of the TNS10 Affiliate Marketing Agreement, which is more detailed and which controls where the two overlap.

1. Obey the law

You must comply, at your own expense, with every law and self-regulatory standard that applies to your marketing. That includes, without limitation:

2. Tell the truth

3. Do not send unwanted messages

4. Do not manipulate tracking

5. Respect our brand and our merchants'

6. Keep your properties clean

Do not promote our offers alongside, or on properties containing, adult content, hate speech, harassment, violence, illegal drugs or firearms sales, pirated content, malware, or content directed at children under 13.

7. Do not attack the platform

8. Uploads

Where the platform lets you upload a file — a recording, an image, a document — you must own it or have permission to submit it, it must not infringe anyone's rights or contain malware, and where it depicts or records a person, that person must have consented.

9. Confidentiality

Do not disclose commission rates, merchant identities, unpublished product information or other confidential information to third parties. Members are bound by the confidentiality section of the Affiliate Marketing Agreement.

10. Reporting

If you become aware of a breach of this policy — by anyone, including one of our members — or you find a security vulnerability, tell us at team@tns10.com. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix a vulnerability before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue good-faith security research that respects these terms and does not access other people's data.

11. Consequences

Breaching this policy is a material breach. Depending on severity we may: warn you; suspend your links and withhold pending commissions while we investigate; reverse commissions attributable to the offending traffic; terminate your account; and pursue indemnification, injunctive relief or other legal remedies. Where a breach involves fraud or exposes us or a merchant to legal or regulatory liability, we may act immediately and without notice.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
