TNS10 does not guarantee that you will earn any money. Most people who join an affiliate programme earn little or nothing. Please read this page before deciding to spend time or money promoting anything.
No guarantee, no projection, no typical result
TNS10 makes no representation, guarantee or projection of earnings. Nothing on this website, in the platform, in our marketing materials, in our training, or in anything said by our staff or members should be taken as a promise that you will earn a particular amount, or anything at all.
Where we show a figure anywhere on this site, it is demonstration data — an illustration of how the platform displays numbers, not a record of what anyone earned and not a forecast of what you will earn.
What your results actually depend on
Affiliate income is not a wage. It is the outcome of many things, most of which are yours and not ours:
- Your experience, skill and consistency
- How much time and money you invest, and for how long
- The size, quality and relevance of your audience
- Which offers you choose and how well they suit that audience
- The quality of the traffic you send, and whether it converts
- Your compliance with the law and with our rules
- Merchant performance, pricing, availability and refund rates
- Market conditions, competition, seasonality and platform policy changes outside anyone's control
Two people promoting the same offer in the same week will get different results. That is the nature of the work.
Commissions are earned, verified, and can be reversed
A commission is not money in your pocket the moment a click happens. It accrues only when the merchant verifies the underlying action and any refund, cancellation, approval or cooling-off period has elapsed. A commission already credited may be reversed if the transaction is later refunded, charged back, cancelled, duplicated, or found to have been generated fraudulently or in breach of our rules.
There is also a minimum payout threshold. Balances below it carry forward rather than being paid.
Your costs are your own
Joining TNS10 is free. Promoting is not necessarily free. Advertising spend, media buys, list acquisition, tooling, staffing and taxes are your responsibility, and we do not reimburse them or guarantee any return on them. You may spend more than you earn. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
Not financial, legal or tax advice
Nothing here or on the platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. TNS10 is not an investment, a security, or a business opportunity offering. You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licences and permits. Consult your own professional advisers before making decisions.

Any statement about future performance — ours, an offer's or yours — is a forward-looking statement, not a fact. Actual results will differ, and may differ substantially.
What our members may not tell you
Our members are contractually prohibited from making earnings, income, guaranteed-results, health or investment-return claims about TNS10, the network or any offer, unless we have approved that specific claim in writing. If someone promoting TNS10 has told you what you will make, they were not authorised to. Please report it to team@tns10.com.
