Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information The New Standard 10, Inc. ("TNS10", "we") collects through tns10.com and the go-tns.com link redirector, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect automatically
- Click and referral data. When someone follows a member's promotional link, we record the referring member, the offer, a per-click identifier, any sub-tracking tag, the destination URL, the IP address, the browser user-agent and the referring page.
- Transaction data. When a merchant reports a sale, lead or refund, we record the amount, the vendor's transaction reference, the customer email address if the merchant sends one, and the IP address the action came from.
- Account and security logs. Sign-in attempts, including the identifier used, the outcome, the IP address, the browser user-agent and the session identifier.
- Email delivery logs. The address, subject and body of messages we send you, and what the mail server replied.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of first-party cookies. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on tns10.com.

You can delete these at any time through your browser settings, and block them entirely. Blocking the session cookie will stop you signing in. Blocking the referral cookie means a member who referred you may not be credited.
4. Why we use it, and our legal bases
- To run the platform and your account — performance of a contract with you.
- To attribute referrals and calculate commissions — performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in paying the right person.
- To pay you and meet tax obligations — legal obligation.
- To detect fraud and abuse — legitimate interest in protecting the network, our merchants and honest members.
- To send service messages (confirmations, receipts, security notices) — performance of a contract. These are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while you hold an account.
- To send marketing — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- Merchants whose offers you promote — enough to attribute and verify a transaction, and, where the offer is a lead-generation offer, the lead data you submitted with the required consent.
- Service providers who process data on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email delivery and hosting), DigitalOcean (file storage). Each is bound to use it only to provide their service.
- Professional advisers, auditors and authorities where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims.
- A successor in a merger, reorganisation or sale of substantially all assets.
6. How long we keep it
- Account records — while your account is open, and for seven years afterwards where tax and financial rules require it.
- Commission, transaction and payout records — seven years.
- Rules acceptances — for as long as the agreement could be relevant to a claim.
- Click and referral logs — 24 months.
- Sign-in and security logs — 12 months.
- Support tickets — 3 years after they close.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, and of other U.S. states with comparable laws, additionally have the right to know what is collected and disclosed, to delete, to correct, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of the EEA and the UK have the rights given by the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email team@tns10.com. We will verify your identity before acting, and will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
Some information we must keep even after a deletion request — for example records needed for tax, for a commission dispute, or to evidence an agreement you signed.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold, including encrypted transport, access controls and audit logging of sign-ins. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information we will notify you without undue delay where the law requires it.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers process data there. If you are outside the United States, using the Site involves transferring your information to the U.S., where privacy laws differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
10. Children
The Site is not for anyone under 18, we do not knowingly collect information from children, and members are prohibited from directing promotion of our offers to children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Do Not Track
Browsers send "Do Not Track" signals inconsistently and no common standard exists for honouring them, so we do not respond to them. We do honour recognised opt-out preference signals where the law requires it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified through the platform or by email.
